  • Description

We are Orthodox Christians, and part of the worldwide Orthodox Church – the oldest Christian Church in the world.

In every part of the world, there are Orthodox Christians, Churches and missions: in traditionally Orthodox countries like Russia, Greece, Romania, Serbia, the Holy Land, the Middle East, but also in Japan, China, the Philippines, Australia, throughout Europe including Germany, France, Poland, Finland, across the British Isles, throughout the African continent including Ghana, Nigeria, Tanzania, Uganda, South Africa, India, Pakistan, Malaysia, and across Central and South America. We are the only church with a chapel at both the North and the South Poles (we have two in Antarctica, actually).

We are precisely the same Church across the globe, and across time, preaching the Gospel, teaching the Lord’s commandments, and worshiping God in spirit and in Truth just as we have these many centuries. In fact, our newest service is 1,300 years old!

Our new mission is dedicated to St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, Archbishop of Myra in Lycea, is a satellite mission parish under the omophorion, and with the blessing, of His Eminence, the Most Reverend Kyrill, Archbishop of San Francisco and Western America of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, and a satellite mission of All Saints of North America Orthodox Church in the Phoenix Valley.

St. Nicholas Orthodox Mission began with a simple service to St. Nicholas on Dec. 23rd, 2019.
